By creating an account, accessing, or using KORA ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use KORA.

2. About KORA

KORA is a real-time knowledge dueling platform where users compete through quizzes, track their performance, and participate in competitive features such as Elo ratings, statistics, and leaderboards.

KORA may add, modify, or remove features at any time as the platform evolves.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KORA. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, share your account, or use accounts for fraudulent purposes.

5. Fair Play and Competitive Integrity

KORA is built around fair competition. You agree not to use bots, scripts, automated tools, external assistance, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.

We may remove ranking points, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that compromise competitive integrity.

6. Rankings, Elo, and Statistics

Elo ratings, rankings, statistics, and leaderboards are provided for competitive and entertainment purposes.

KORA may modify, recalculate, reset, or adjust ratings and statistics as the platform improves.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KORA to harass other players, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or engage in illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, branding, and original features of KORA are owned by KORA unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Service Availability

KORA is currently provided as a beta service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features will always operate without errors.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the platform, or affect fair competition.

11. Disclaimer

KORA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all questions, answers, rankings, or statistics will always be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

KORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the previous 12 months. For free accounts, this amount is zero.

13. Privacy

Your use of KORA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
